The Black Coalition is a grassroots, action-oriented organization, committed to institutional change and advocacy for the Black staff at Stanford. As the Co-Founder of this organization, I was tasked with developing the branding, managing strategic partnerships and developing a strategic plan. Some of my work included developing our key messaging, email marketing, creating marketing collateral, and developing cross-campus partnerships

The Stanford Athletics Annual fund raises 1.5 million dollars annually in restricted philanthropic support. The purpose of this project was to:

1. Develop a compelling message to donors 

2. Develop a segmentation strategy that would increase gifts to the annual fund.
