Co-Founder & Co-Chair

  • Cofounded the first Black staff advocacy group at Stanford.

  • Worked closely with Senior leadership to establish the brand's identity and messaging.

  • Oversaw the Wellness and External Relations Committees that developed programming for Black staff through community events and monthly newsletters.

  • Recruited over 75% of Black staff to join the Black Coalition.

  • Developed partnerships with racial equity committees including the Office of the President, Human Resources, Office of Public Safety, and The Black Community Council.

  • Built a 7 committee infrastructure that includes Internal Operations, External Relations, Black Wellness, Assessment and Measure, Professional Development, Education.
